The Nitty-Gritties
In addition to the standard MTYsquared Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply for the ‘Win a Website’ competition.
- The competition will run from Monday, 16th October 2017 to Tuesday, 31st October 2017 closing at 12:00am.
- For an entry to be considered valid it needs to have been submitted via the MTYsquared website (so the page you are on now) or via alternate channels of MTYsquared’s choosing.
- Only ONE entry per person will be considered.
- The prize is receiving a FREE website designed or upgraded using the MTYsquared Basic Web Design Package for a period of one year.
- Any other functional, design or other requirements not specifically and expressly covered as part of this package will NOT form part of this prize and will be costed separately.
- MTYsquared will select a winner via a Lucky Draw performed and announced on the 1st November 2017. The winner will be contacted via the phone number provided as part of their entry into the competition. Should the winner be unreachable after three attempts at contacting it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the prize and another winner may be selected in accordance with the above rules.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. MTYsquared accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, MTYsquared, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.
- To the extent permitted by law: (a) MTYsquared make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
- MTYsquared employees, shareholders, directors and related parties are excluded from participating in this competition.
